Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size or color

• Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

• Personal preferences regarding fit or style

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll work to make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You generally will not need to return a damaged or defective item.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after being placed.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has started, cancellations and changes may no longer be possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work toward an appropriate replacement or refund.

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund is processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
